INGREDIENTS:

500 g fish (Mackerel or Tuna), steak cut ¾ cup soy sauce 1 onion, cut into rings 2 tbsp calamansi (or lemon) juice ½ tsp pepper 3 tbsp cooing oil

HOW TO COOK:

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, calamansi juice, and pepper together. Add- in the fish and marinate for at least an hour (reserve marinade). Pour and heat the oil in a skillet over medium high. When the oil is hot enough, fry the fish until golden brown. Place the cooked fish on your serving plate. In the same pan, stir fry onion rings browning the edges a bit (avoid becoming limp). Place the onion rings on top or around of the fish steak. Still in the same pan, add- in the remaining marinade and let simmer for just a minute. Pour on top of the fish steak and onion rings. Enjoy!
