Easy Spicy Pork Adobo Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

1 lb pork, diced

¼ cup light soy sauce

3 tbsp oyster sauce

3 tbsp vinegar

1 cup water

3 pcs dried bay leaves

6 pcs dry red chili

5 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsp granulated white sugar

1 & ½ tsp whole peppercorn

Salt, to taste

3 tbsp cooking oil

HOW TO COOK:

Pour and heat the cooking oil in a pan.

Add- in and brown the garlic.

Add- in the pork and then cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until light brown.

Pour- in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water.

Stir and let it boil.

Add- in the dry red chili, whole peppercorn, and bay leaves.

Cover and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.

Pour- in the vinegar and allow to reboil.

Add- in the sugar and salt.

Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
